My favorite show is on. I love watching documentaries. Today, the topic is about great white sharks. I love fishes and animals, even sharks.
I have learned from the show that the blood thirsty reputation of sharks are not deserved by them. they are just living things that struggles for survival. They eat other fishes. Their favorite food is sea lion. They always hunt sea lions when they lease expented it.
Sharks are carnivores. They eat meat. But the question is, do they eat human? Well, naturally, no. but sometimes there are some mistaken identity factor that triggers them to eat alive human. Surfers usually lye on their surfing board, and that causes the problem. When seen under water, the surfer lying on his surfing board seems to look like a sea lion. And like I said, sea lion is the favorite food of sharks. This incident of mistaken identity triggers the sharks to attack human who they thought is sea lion. A careless mistake.
Sharks mostly leave in salty water, but not all of them. I have seen many marine biologist and divers that is swimming with the shark, they are even taking photos, and they are not wearing some steal suit. They are all unharmed, well, at least to my knowledge. There are some sea missions where the biologist launches a sea expedition to catch a shark but they do not harm them. They are putting some sort of Pathfinder device. They are trying to understand the behavior of the sharks better. There is some factor like the migration of the sharks from one place to another that alarms them. For sure, there is something triggering them. But after putting the device they release the shark without any harm. I also heard them say something about Xterra. I am not sure if I heard it right, but I guess not.
Sharks are being feared by lots of people, but what do they really fear? Humans.
Humans are the greatest threat to the shark’s survival. Human are the most intelligent creature that exist, for now.
