    I’m on my two months of weight training session. And I’m so confused about my body. I didn’t know about the good effect of the food that I take in able to have a healthy body in short I do not know the proper diet. Also I had high cholesterol that can lead into a heart attack.  So I preferred to search some options to lessen my cholesterol.

    Based on my researched on internet and reading some books I found out that Omega 3 must be consider on my regular diet. Omega 3 can lower my cholesterol and it also helps me to prevent allergies when I take some foods and come out on my skin. It also improves my cardiovascular health and fights depression. Omega 3 can be found on sea foods like tuna, salmon and sardines. With the help of Omega 3, I was able to know my proper diet and also to improve my healthy life style.
